We completed the ground-up construction of Holiday Inn & Suites Silicon Valley – Milpitas, a full-service, 128-room hotel developed under IHG’s brand standards. Strategically located along Highway 880, the project was designed to serve both business and leisure travelers in the heart of Silicon Valley.

The scope of work included:

  • New multi-story construction, designed and built in accordance with local hospitality codes and IHG’s technical specifications.
  • Build-out of suite-style guest rooms, with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure ready to support long-stay amenities.
  • Development of a rooftop deck, including structural support systems and waterproofing to accommodate pedestrian traffic and recreational use.
  • Execution of indoor and outdoor amenities, such as a heated pool, whirlpool spa, fitness center, and parking area with EV charging stations—fully integrated into the architectural design.
  • Construction of the restaurant and bar, including full kitchen build-out, bar installation, indoor dining areas, and outdoor terraces, with commercial-grade finishes and utility systems.
  • Implementation of sustainable systems, including rooftop solar panels, LED lighting, and eco-conscious materials to promote energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact.


The design prioritized operational efficiency, accessibility, and long-term durability, incorporating smooth circulation, ADA-compliant rooms, elevators, ramps, and infrastructure for digital check-in technologies.

From initial planning through final delivery, the project was executed with a strong focus on construction quality, regulatory compliance, and brand consistency.
