  • Site and parking development across 3.5 acres, including drive aisles, walkways, lighting, utilities, and landscape zones.

Phase 2 – In Progress

Building upon Phase 1, the second phase expands the center’s footprint and services with:

  • A 24,000-square-foot gymnasium, designed for indoor sports, assemblies, and multipurpose use.
  • A two-story, 22,000-square-foot classroom building, providing additional educational capacity and flexible learning spaces.
  • A two-story, 19,000-square-foot community center, planned as a central hub for events, programs, and civic activities.
  • Site and parking development over 5.5 acres, including expanded access, drainage systems, and pedestrian-friendly circulation.
