We carried out a tenant improvement project focused on modernizing the facility’s locker areas, designed to accommodate both medical equipment storage and student use, within a healthcare training institution. The goal was to enhance organization, accessibility, and operational efficiency in support spaces while integrating medical training equipment to create a hands-on, updated learning environment. The scope of work included:

  • Complete renovation of designated zones to install secure and well-organized lockers.
  • Integration of specialized storage areas for medical equipment, including proper ventilation and utility access.
  • Installation of medical training equipment to support practical instruction in a modern setting.
  • Custom millwork and smart storage solutions to maximize space and functionality.
  • Circulation and layout improvements to streamline student and staff workflows.


We maintained the building’s original occupancy classification while redesigning the interior layout to meet today’s standards of efficiency, safety, and technical education. The result is a modern, well-structured support environment that enhances daily operations and elevates the educational experience.
